Meaning 'foot of the mountain' (Gwaelod-y-Garth), the Gwaelod Inn was originally part of the Marquess of Bute's estate. Every window of this welcoming pub offers exceptional views - the pub was recently nominated as having the second best pub views in the country by the Guardian Magazine and has recently been awarded a Highly Commended Award from CAMRA.
